Iron Powder: EHA-T
For Diamond Tools
- Superfine iron powder for medium and high-grade diamond tools.
- Fine particle size (average particle size of 3000 mesh), excellent sintering activity and excellent thermal diffusion effect.
- The powder particle has good compressibility and excellent cold press formability.
- Excellent bonding strength and high deflection. It can increase the holding force of the matrix on the diamond. The three-point bending strength at 750 ℃ exceeds 1200 MPa.
