Superfine iron powder for medium and high-grade diamond tools.
Fine particle size (average particle size of 3000 mesh), excellent sintering activity and excellent thermal diffusion effect.
The powder particle has good compressibility and excellent cold press formability.
Excellent bonding strength and high deflection. It can increase the holding force of the matrix on the diamond. The three-point bending strength at 750 ℃ exceeds 1200 MPa.
